DACTS701C Diesel Generator Automatic Controller


Description
The Model DACTS701C is a microcontroller-based diesel generator fully automatic controller. This controller is used to monitor a grid supply and automatically start and stop the diesel generator, control the load to transfer between the grid supply and the diesel supply. It ensures 

the load is in supply with no break. The controller can also shut down the diesel on fault condition. This makes the diesel running steadily and continually.

Feature
Monitors the status of grid and generator at real-time, detects the fault conditions. 

 Automatically starts and stops the diesel generator.

 Automatically transfers the load between the grid and generator.

Automatically Shuts down the diesel on fault condition.

 The controller provides the following analogue channels: three-phase grid voltage, three-phase generator voltage, three-phase load current, battery voltage, coolant temperature, oil pressure, oil temperature, generator speed, grid frequency, generator frequency, generator power, run hours.

 The controller accepts the following digital inputs: low oil pressure, high coolant temperature, low fuel level, emergency stop, remote start, remote reset, speed up limit, speed down limit.

Relay outputs are provided for start control, fuel control, preheat, generator failure, grid powered, generator powered, speed up, speed down, Idle speed.

 Multiple diesel alarm channels are provided to monitor the following conditions: under/over generator voltage，load current overload，under/over generator frequency、low oil pressure、high coolant temperature、high oil temperature、over speed、transfer failure for generator emergency stop、fail to start、low battery voltage.

Made of industrial grade components.

 RS232 communication port, MODBUS protocol, remote control function.
